 FIT Personal Training, conducts 1-on-1, semi-private or group personal training sessions at the convenience of your home, office or condo gym.

 

WHO ARE WE?

We are team of certified personal trainers and nutritionist geared with knowledge and expertise to help you lose weight, build lean muscle and get in shape and we come to you for every session. Forget driving to the gym, looking for parking for 30 minutes for a mediocre workout in a sweaty and crowded facility. Drawing from the latest fitness research and years of experience our team is poised to help you succeed. We even bring all the fitness equipment with us to every session, so all you really need is some space and a positive attitude.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our personal trainer will stop-by for a 1 hour fitness assessment to go over your fitness goals and how we can help you achieve them in a safe and sustainable nature. During the assessment your dedicated personal trainer will show you what to expect and how we can tailor each session to your individual needs.

WORKOUT DESIGN?

High intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits, super-sets and body-weight exercises are the keys to losing weight, toning and building lean muscle. We’ll incorporate the latest fitness research into your workout routine including functional training, RPT and Tabata. In-addition, two simple “Solo” workout will be designed for you to do on your days off. Rather than sticking to one boring routine, we’ll keep you exercise plan fluid and ever-changing.

With in-home personal trainers located across the Greater-Toronto-Area, we currently serve: North York, Thornhill, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Bradford, Markham, Stouffville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Mississauga and Brampton. NUTRITION?

A 6-day comprehensive meal plan will be designed for you by a certified nutritionist to help you achieve sustainable results. While starvation diets work on a very temporary basis, we believe most are looking for long term results.
