At FIT PT, we conduct 1-on-1 or semi-private sessions in the convenience of your home, office or condo gym.

WHO ARE WE? We are a team of certified personal trainers geared with knowledge and experience to help you lose weight, build lean muscle and get in shape. We bring all the fitness equipment with us to every session, all you need is some space and a positive attitude. We serve the city of Toronto and the surrounding areas.

HOW DOES IT WORK? We start with a complimentary fitness assessment to go over your fitness goals and how we can help you achieve them in a safe and sustainable nature. During the assessment we will show you what to expect and how we can tailor each session to your individual needs.

WORKOUT DESIGN? We believe that using high intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits, super-sets and body-weight exercises is the key to losing weight, toning and building lean muscle. We’ll incorporate the latest fitness research into your workout routine including functional training and Tabata. Two simple “Solo” workout will also be designed which you will do without us, on your days off.

NUTRITION? A 6-day comprehensive meal plan will be designed for you by a certified nutritionist to help you achieve sustainable results. We believe in a balance diet as starvation diets simply don’t work.
