Our personal trainer will stop-by for a complimentary 1 hour fitness assessment to go over your fitness goals and how we can help you achieve them in a safe and sustainable nature. During the assessment your dedicated personal trainer will show you what to expect and how we can tailor each session to your individual needs.


High intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits, super-sets and body-weight exercises are the keys to losing weight, toning and building lean muscle. We’ll incorporate the latest fitness research into your workout routine including functional training, RPT and Tabata. In-addition, two simple “Solo” workout will be designed for you to do on your days off. Rather than sticking to one boring routine, we’ll keep you exercise plan fluid and ever-changing.

A 6-day comprehensive meal plan will be designed for you by a certified nutritionist to help you achieve sustainable results. While starvation diets work on a very temporary basis, we believe most are looking for long term results.
