Welcome, we offer four types of packages to fit a diverse variety of customer needs. Click each one for details.

I Seriously Want To Be Fit
(20 sessions, each session is 1 hour long) - $65 a session

Our most popular package that has been proven to yield maximum results. Best Bang for your buck.

  • Fitness assessment: Measuring upper and lower body strength, Flexibility, Resting heart rate, etc
  • Nutritional assessment: identifying problem areas in your daily food intake and suggesting healthier alternatives. It is possible to eat healthier without giving up on all of your favourite foods
  • Nutritional plan tailored to your individual goals, with meal ideas and information on what, where and when to eat
  • Healthy Fast-food and restaurant options will be discussed for those with busy on-the-go lifestyles
  • A professionally designed workout program (routine) for you to refer back to. Specifically designed to address your strengths/weaknesses and overall goals
  • Optional registration: to an online food diary to help you keep track of your daily caloric intake
  • 20 instructional sessions
  • After about 10 sessions you will be re-assessed and given a new workout routine
  • Workout sessions will be challenging and ever-changing to keep you motivated
  • Re-assessment and future advancement recommendation
I Want To Be Fit
(10 sessions, each session is 1 hour long) - $70 a session

Great way to start but leaves you wanting more.

Slow Starter
(5 sessions, each session is 1 hour long) - $75 a session

The least popular of our packages but it is something that is available if you just want to try our services out.

Custom Program
(1 session, 1.5 hours long) - $120 a session

Only serious athletes are welcome.
