Dr Ancor, is an Internal medicine physician with interest in wellness and health. As an ex-personal trainer, Dr. Ancor, will work with the team to design you a workout and nutritional plan to help you achieve sustainable results.
If you have any medical conditions or injuries, Dr Ancor will help you manage and overcome them with in-home Personal Training and Meal Planning.

In-home Personal training sessions are 1-hour long in duration and are tailored to your individual fitness goals and abilities. We'll keep you physically and mentally engaged by changing up your routine often. Your trainer will work around your busy schedule.
Finally, your trainer will design you workout routine to keep you moving on your days off.
Personalized nutrition
Sustainable results
Our in-house nutritionist will build you a personalized nutritional plan and will provide you with a shopping list and recipes. You'll receive daily tips and remainders to stay on track. We'll teach you how to eat and when to avoid falling off the "wagon".
Functional
Assessment
Restoring mobility
Your dedicated physiotherapist will meet you for an in-home assessment. During the hour long consultation they'll check for muscular imbalances and functional deficiencies. They'll coordinate with your personal trainer help guide your training to help rehab any chronic injuries and prevent new ones.
No equipment Necessary
We'll get you what you need
As part of the package you'll receive a body composition scale, a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat and a a stability ball everything you need to track progress and see progress right at home.

Started as an in-home personal trainer in 2003, Igor became a leading figure in the fitness industry. By successfully helping 100s of clients achieve their fitness goals, he developed a fool-proof method to building the physique many desire. He was the provincial and national Judo champion and competed internationally for years. Drawing from his experience in martial arts his approach to fitness is sustainable and functional. He is currently a practicing physician and resource available to you He oversees all the training at FIT Personal Training.
