In-home Personal training sessions are 1-hour long in duration and are tailored to your individual fitness goals and abilities.
We'll check for muscular imbalances and functional deficiencies with frequent functional assessments throughout your training to help with rehabilitating any chronic injuries

Started as an in-home personal trainer in 2003, Igor became a leading figure in the fitness industry. By successfully helping 100's of clients achieve their fitness goals, he developed a fool-proof method to building the physique many desire. He was the provincial and national Judo champion and competed internationally for years. Drawing from his experience in martial arts his approach to fitness is sustainable and functional. He is currently a practicing physician and resource available to you He oversees all the training at FIT Personal Training.
Our registered holistic nutritionist will help you find balance in your diet choices but also find joy in eating foods that are nourishing. Achieving your goals doesn't have to mean deprivation, and healthy eating can be delicious! Together we will create a customized plan that goes beyond what we put on our plates to fuel our bodies for success. I will conduct a full nutritional analysis
