An absolute savage 10 minute in-home workout


Many of our clients at FIT Personal Training complain of not having enough time to workout and well yeah we understand... but listen... if you have 10 minutes and the right routine that would be a start right?

Our staff tested out a routine by Ngo Okfur at Men's health Magazine and fell in love.

10-calorie-torching, fat burning, agonizing minutes will get your heart racing and sweat running down your back.

This routine does not even require any equipment or much room.

The break down is as follows:

Round 1

30 seconds each, little to no rest

  • In and Out Squats

  • Cherry Pickers

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Skaters

  • Burpees

  • Plank

  • Rest

Round 2

30 seconds each, little to no rest

  • In and Out Squats

  • Cherry Pickers

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Skaters

  • Burpees

  • Plank

  • Rest

Round 3

30 seconds each, little to no rest

  • In and Out Squats

  • Cherry Pickers

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Skaters

  • Burpees
